3D2N: Kuching, Sarawak

25 Feb - 27 Feb: This is my 1st time eva stepped my foot to the land of Santubong. A business trip help me fulfill my dream to Sarawak. One thing that was really stunning my eye. Kebersihan Bandaraya Kuching sangat2 SUPERB! I dont know about other part of Kuching but the area that I went as along the riverside (Waterfront), Jalan Gambir, Jln Datuk AJibah Abol, Satok, Sejingkat and others (can't remember the name of the places), I would like to give 5 Star award to the City Hall because of the cleanliness.

I took a SkyBus to LCCT at 7.30AM arrived at 8.30AM. The flight duration is about 1hr 30 mnts only and about 11.40AM, I arrived at Kuching International Airport

Around 1.30PM after a welcome meet with all Kuching Based Office Staff, Amin and I went for Hotel Check In at Dormani Hotel located at Jln Datuk AJibah Abol infront of Raja Ayam Penyet (The most famous Ayam Penyet Restaurant in Kuching). A sweet warming welcome smile and wishes from the Receptionist make me so... ahhh... fall in love with the people of Sarawak.

After the day 1 meeting around 6.30PM, Amin and I took a walk along the Waterfront and had our dinner beside the river. Then our eye was snapped by few open space Gambir Sarawak seller along India Street/Main Bazaar. Tomorrow evening after day 2 meeting and a visit to TM Sejingkat Switch and Base Station site, we went to India Street again and suddenly, Serina Chef Wan also there and looking for some souvineours (I guess) with her friends. But i'm just look at her as she is nobody.

The picture above: This is not Serina Chef Wan, okay...? She is only the sweet smiling talkative Sales Girl that succesfully make my pocket shrink :( wawawawawawawa

There is more few places i visited during my 3 days trip to Kuching. But the mosy exciting part was... just look at the picture below hehehehhe

Saham F&N menjunam lebih 10 peratus

HARGA saham Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&N) mencatatkan peratus penurunan harian terbesar sejak 1998 apabila menjunam lebih 10 peratus semalam susulan keputusan The Coca-Cola Company untuk tidak memperbaharui francais pembotolan dan pengedaran minuman karbonat yang dipegang syarikat itu di negara ini, yang akan tamat Januari tahun depan.

Harga sahamnya menjunam 95 sen atau 10.55 peratus kepada RM8.05 sesaham sebaik dibuka semalam, sebelum terus lemah ke paras terendah harian RM7.60 sesaham, jatuh RM1.40 atau 15.55 peratus pada akhir sesi dagangan pagi.

Bagaimanapun harganya kembali stabil menjelang akhir dagangan sesi petang untuk ditutup pada RM7.85, susut RM1.15 atau 12.78 peratus, paras terendah dalam tempoh setahun.

Penganalisis CIMB Invesment Bhd, Norziana Mohd Inon, berkata pengumuman lewat malam kelmarin oleh The Coca-Cola Company, pengeluar minuman ringan terbesar di dunia berpangkalan di Atlanta, Amerika Syarikat itu, ternyata mengejutkan. “Bahagian pembotolan dan pengedaran minuman ringan Coca-Cola selama ini menjadi tulang belakang F&N.

Bagi tahun kewangan 2008-2009, ia menyumbang 33 peratus kepada pendapatan kumpulan itu. “Justeru, pengumuman untuk tidak memperbaharui kontrak yang tamat pada 26 Januari 2010 itu akan memberi kesan kepada prestasi F&N bagi tahun kewangan 2009-2010 dan seterusnya,” katanya Norziana menerusi nota penyelidikan harian bank pelaburan itu semalam.

Hasbullah: F&N hanya perlu mencari jenama kola yang lain. Permintaan terhadap minuman kola tetap ada.

Susah sangat nak suruh F&N buang Jenama Coca-Cola, akhinya Coca-cola yang melarikan diri.

Adakah anda merasakan bahawa boikot menyebabkan orang akan dibuang kerja dan sebagainya? Kilang F&N di Shah Alam itu tutupkah? Permintaan terhadap minuman kola berubahkah kalau tiada coca-cola?

Jadi kepada KFC Malaysia dan Mc Donald Malaysia yang takut sangat nak buang francais, Kalau terjadi perkara sebegitu kepada mereka, barulah mereka terkial-kial membina jenama baru. Walhal sepatutnya mereka boleh membuat pelan transisi pembinaan jenama sendiri yang baru secara berperingkat.

Selepas 26 Januari 2010, Tiada lagi Coca Cola di Malaysia, melainkan kalau Coca-cola jumpa syarikat tempatan lain yang jadi Pak Sanggup.

Ia akan menyebabkan ruang vakum dalam pasaran minuman kola di Malaysia.

Itulah peluang Syarikat tempatan jual minuman kola sendiri banyak-banyak.

Yeos, Power Root, Orang Kampung sempat lagi untuk keluarkan produk minuman kola untuk memenuhi permintaan selepas Januari 2010.

Radix sudah mengorak langkah.

Jangan jadi Pak Sanggup bagi Coca-Cola sudahlah.




Aku: Tahniah rakyat Malaysia. Moral of the story, go on with the boycott. Tetapi perlu diingat, jangan tangan kanan mengangkat sepanduk boikot itu dan ini tetapi tangan kiri masih memegang rokok yg jelas menyokong Amerika, Yahudi dan seangkatan dengannya.

Demam & GENG

"Betul betul betul!".

Eventough aku demam...(betul2 demam neh.. bukan demam sal Upin & Ipin) tarikan Upin & Ipin seolah2 macam Paracetamol plak aku rasa. Lega rsnya dpt tgk sendiri lps semua org sibuk dok cite yg movie nie best! Pasnih... Eleh aku x heran la... aku dah tgk dah... minggu dpn nak tgk lagi hehehehhe. Erm... Nonono... Rabulah nak gi tgk lagi. Time tue kan dah gaji heheheh. Td tgk pun sal si housemate aku sponsor... Kalau nak feel lebih... kene bayo sendirik. So... anyone nak join aku. Planning Wednesday nite around 9.30 at Cathay Cineplexes, Cineleisure, Mutiara Damansara.

Ok guys, my rating... 5 stars out of 5. Believe and trust me pleaseeeee...... Go and watch it. U will never regret it.

Hi friends. Instead of being so unlucky lately, I got a really nice GIFT!

Guess what?

Now i can access the internet via two options from my lovely room. Just see below... hehehehe

1st from the wireless network accidentally detected and provided from the Unknown. Thx to the Unknown SMC. I can get the SUPERB signal strenght from my lovely room. However, the signal covered all over in my house hahahhahaha.... What make me so happy? Its free maaa....!

Thx again to the UKNOWN SMC network providers

And 2ndly, of course from the Streamyx 1.0Mbps Package. Almost more than two years my house was connected to the world via Streamyx. And the fees? Millions of appreciation to my housemate(Baharin) for his kindness. Thx bro!

Felt So Stupid, Brainless and Useless

I've got a SMS from a friend of mine on Friday at 15:44:50 while i'm in a training room. A shocking and confusing short SMS from him. Replied but no answer from him and I was rushed out from the room and make a call to him. Still got no answer??? I was so worried something bad had happened to him. Suddenly around 5.30PM, the shocking terrified nightmares had happened to him and to me as well!

Disebabkan masalah rumahtangga orang lain sbg dramanya, si isteri yg menuntut cerai dan si suami yg mempertahankan rumahtangga selaku pelakon utama, aku dan kawan aku sbg pelakon tambahan jugak yg dah terkena tempiasnya. He was investigated by the IT Security from 2.30PM until 5.30PM and accused for revealed such a private & confidential information from his company. And the consequences, he may be will get fired. Oh My God!!! I was so speechless and shocked.

As of now, I'm still waiting for the husband to talk to his miserable wife to setle the case. Only his wife can retract back the case before the HR office receive the report. And it has been two days waiting... no miscall, no SMS and no news at all... BEING FOOLISHED AGAIN???!!!
