Ok. You are doing all your routine in the office manually. No automate application to help you to increase your work quality. The only thing you have, only you, yourself. Only you to manually boost the work quality. To remind, all the work being done all manually. If you do it manually, don't expect no human error being made. No typo error or whatsoever in your typing or in your work. This had happened to me.
To make it even worst, if the problem persist eventough not really related to the thing that you had manually done, you being the subject to be blamed for. To make it clear, please look after for the meaning of "kambing Hitam'!

when facing an issue, ppl always look for something/someone to blame. I always feel this is wrong. the correct thing to do is to figure out how to solve the problem, not how to blame the problem.
