First of all, due to certain reason, i couldn't manage to prepare for the blog review as i promised before. But insyaAllah, I'm still preparing for it. Ok, sekarang bercerita tentang dietku pula. Hari nie sudah 17 Julai dan sepatutnya target telah tercapai. Tetapi malangnya.... hehheheh. Almost 2 weeks pemakanan tidak teratur. Yang teratur cuma berjaya minum tidak kurang dari 1.5liter air setiap hari.

Alhamdulillah, walaupun gagal mengawal pemakanan tetapi masih mampu turun 2kg lagi. Sekarang usaha diet telah ditambah dengan satu lagi aktiviti, gym! My membership will expire by end of August and I'm targeting to fully utilize the facilities. Cuma aku tak suka berotot sangat jadi aktiviti di gym lebih kepada cardio.
By the way, thank you Kyle for sharing with me below websites. Aktiviti aku dalam 15 minit sebelum tidur adalah melakukan beberapa aktiviti sit up and plank, it is more to ab excercise.
Oklah. Nak kuar dulu. Nak gi tolong kawan aku angkat tv pulak! hehehe
