How to Identify Fake Eggs - My Experiments

Hot issues in Malaysia recently. So first, I googled to gather some information and you may read most of it from Beware from Eggs made in china . How to Identify Fake Chicken Eggs

How to identify fake eggs: After opening the egg, egg white and egg yolk will soon mix together.

1. Fake egg’s shell is a little shinier than the real egg, but it is not very noticeable.

2. When touch the fake egg by hand, it feels a little rougher than the real egg.

3. Shake the fake egg will make some noises, because water overflows from the solid agent.

4. Real egg smells a little like raw meat.

5. Tap the egg lightly. Real egg makes a more crisp sound than the fake egg.

6. Shortly after opening the fake egg, egg yolk and egg white will melt together. This is because the egg yolk and egg white are made of the same raw materials.

7. When frying a fake egg, the yolk will spread without being touched.

So now I will do my own experiment since I saw two different eggs in my refrigerator that look the same as the above picture...

After I finished my dinner with the instant meggi, I I found out that, both are real organic eggs delivered by a productive Malaysian chicken! 

I am sorry, I could not help with the experiment. I feel very full right now :)

Go green in my house

For some people that live in the apartment, it is hard to plant because of no ground or land to plant. But not for me that stay in forth floor apartment in Damansara Damai.

I was born at a small village near Mahang and Selama and sorrounded by the green and that's why I love green and really need a good quality of fresh air to live on. I know, you also the same.

Because of that, I took an effort to do some gardening just to ensure the green will always with me.

Our national flower, pokok bunga raya also there. Dah berbunga banyak kali yer...

I don't care of semak. Biar semak janji hijau ok?!

So everyone, start gardening and plant something to keep the green will also in your house. Tanah dalam pasu tue dibeli dari Giant. What to do... Kalau rumah atas tanah tak payahlah susah-susah bazir duit beli tanah tue. Tanah untuk berkebun ada juga dijual di Carrefour dan Tesco. The price is not quite different.

Jom next week kita ke Broga Hill, Semenyih?

I arrived Damansara Damai from kampung at 10.30PM after 6 hours journey! Sepatutnya kalu drive malas2 paling lama pun 5 jam jer... letih la kalu bukan musim raya pun nak jem2 jugak neh! Tol dan minyak makin mahal, highway pun boleh jem jugak! AKU TAK PAHAM!!!! Air Asia pun x buat lagi airport kat kampung aku tue... haishhhh...

But!!!!!

When I reached my room last night and found that there was a letter on my desk... I opened the envelop and dumped the content on my desk. Guess what... I smile like crazy during the time...
