Another three days untuk timbang. Berdebar-debar pulak rasa sebab minggu nie sungguh mengharukan!
This is what I had throughout the day
After wake up and before having my breakfast at 6.15AM
- 300 ml plain water
Breakfast at 7.10AM
- Telur goreng 2 ketul (Asal nak buat 3suku tp goreng jer pasal dah lambat)
- 2 beef frankfurter Ramly
- 1 tablet Blackmores vit c
In the office before lunch
- 600ml plain water
Lunch at 12PM
- 2 pieces Rosmerry Chicken (paha dan dada) + scramble potatoes + fresh veges + small cup of plain water
In the office before went off at 6PM
- 1400ml (so bayangkan la bape kali p toilet)
- 1 beef frankfurter bought from 7Eleven
Dinner and before dinner
- 300ml plain water
- bubuq durian + pulut kukus sket (Hancuq diet gara2 sepupu aku bungkus suh aku bawak balik umah)
