Semua orang suka minum dan mesti minum. Tapi kebanyakan dari kita biasanya tersangatlah jarang minum air putih/air kosong/air masak/air mineral terutama when we had our meals outside of the house. For me it is ok SELAGI we balance it with drinking more plain water pada masa-masa lain. But when I received an e-mail from one of my subscribed Yahoogroups last week, I knew now we need to drink the water at correct time to maximizes the effectiveness on our body.

Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the Human body:- 2 glasses of water after waking up - helps activate internal organs
- 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion
- 1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure
- 1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack
P/S: I drink plain water during my working hours
