Semua orang suka minum dan mesti minum. Tapi kebanyakan dari kita biasanya tersangatlah jarang minum air putih/air kosong/air masak/air mineral terutama when we had our meals outside of the house. For me it is ok SELAGI we balance it with drinking more plain water pada masa-masa lain. But when I received an e-mail from one of my subscribed Yahoogroups last week, I knew now we need to drink the water at correct time to maximizes the effectiveness on our body.
